TRAUMA, RTE 2 TO FEATURE SPEAKER JOHN WALSH
Cuisle Beatha Speaker and Author John Walsh will feature on RTE 2's programme Trauma on November 2nd. Author of 'Headcase', John is 39-years-old and lives in Salthill, Galway. He was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour called Liponeurocytoma at age 23 and is currently receiving treatment for tumours on the brain and inoperable cancers on the spine. His recent autobiography discusses the many challenges he faces with his health on a regular basis and how he manages to lead a normal life as possible. John will speak at Cuisle Beatha about his experience of severe acute pain and it's resolution.
