Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made in writing before 9th of October will be given a full refund, less an administration fee of €40. We regret that cancellations after the 9th of October cannot be refunded. Refunds for failure to attend the conference cannot be made, however substitute delegates will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Monday 6th November 2017.

All cancellations or name changes must be made in writing by email to cuislebeatha@gmail.com. Cancellations or name changes will not be accepted by phone.

Registration is completed online. Payment is accepted by Visa and Mastercard only. You will require an email address to create a conference account and pay to attend the conference. We will use this email address to send you important notifications regarding Cuisle Beatha.
